Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse Review

Aug 12, 2016

I used my wrist to swatch this to show how this foundation covers my veins, just for reference. It really does have an airbrush effect (leaves your skin looking poreless) and covers reallllly well. I would say it has buildable medium to full coverage. Of course you should use a primer to get the best results, but overall this makeup is definitely worth the $10 at the drugstore. I also have the Dream Matte Mousse, which feels heavenly, but it doesn't cover as well as this one. I don't have dark freckles (they always pop up in the summer)  and you can still slightly see them through the mousse foundation.

Overall, this foundation is totally worth the money and it's currently in my top 5 of foundation favorites :) I have normal skin and used a setting powder with this makeup and have had to do zero touch ups on the days that I wore it (8+ hours). It doesn't contain SPF so keep that in mind, but that does make it a good makeup for those that are in front of the camera, FYI. Thanks for reading & I hope you found this helpful! Let me know via email or on Insta if there are any other products you'd like reviewed! I am a product and makeup junkie, so I love to buy and try <3

PS: LOVE this COOLA setting spray! It contains SPF 30 as an added bonus!
