I know food isn't as fun as fashion, especially if it's food you actually have to cook.  However, we gotta have it so I thought every now and then I would share my favorite (easy!) recipes.
I am admittedly not the Martha Stewart type, but I do try to cook our meals at least twice a week. When I cook, I pretty much only have two stipulations- ease and nutrition.  I work full time and try to get a workout in on most days, so time is of the essence and nutrition is very important.
Campfire Meals, also known as Hobo Meals, are one of the easiest things or me to whip up and my fiancĂ© loves them - winning! All you need is hamburger or turkey meat (when I use hamburger I get lean meat and add a little olive oil) veggies, a seasoning of your choice, aluminum foil, and aluminum cake pans. It is basically a three step process...

Spray aluminum tin with cooking spray. Form your ground meat into patties, place in aluminum tin.
Cut up veggies in to small pieces. I typically use onions, celery, red potatoes, and carrots.

Add veggies and desired seasoning with the meat. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
PS- I use Mrs. Dash seasonings, they are salt and MSG free :)
